1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Dolos AI application or Forensic Intelligence website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Company Identity
Operated by Forensic Intelligence PTE LTD (UEN 202504994C), Singapore.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must create an account. You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your credentials.
4. Permitted Use
Lawful purposes including data analysis, research, collaboration, and document processing.
5. Prohibited Use
You must not use our services to:
- Engage in illegal activity
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Scrape or extract data without authorization
- Resell or redistribute access
- Generate illegal or harmful content
- Circumvent security measures
6. Your Data and Content
You retain ownership. We do not train AI models on your content.
7. AI-Generated Output
May be inaccurate. Verify before relying on it for professional purposes.
8. Open-Source AI Models
All locally hosted models run on Forensic Intelligence servers. No user data sent to model providers:

9. External Services
Some features use third-party services (Perplexity, ElevenLabs, Stripe, Cloudflare).
10. iOS Application Terms
Distributed via Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms. Requires iOS 16.0+.
11. Subscriptions and Payments
Free and paid plans. Stripe processes payments. Cancel anytime.
12. Account Deletion and Termination
Delete anytime from Settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
13. Intellectual Property
Owned by Forensic Intelligence PTE LTD. Open-source models under their respective licenses.
14. Security and Encryption
E2EE with RSA-OAEP-256 and AES-256-GCM. TLS for all connections.
15. Disclaimers
Provided "as is" without warranties. Not liable for indirect damages.
16. Privacy
Also governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. Governing Law
Singapore law. Singapore courts.
18. Changes to Terms
Material changes communicated via application or email.
