1. Introduction

Forensic Intelligence PTE LTD ("Forensic Intelligence", "we", "our") operates the Dolos AI application (iOS, web, and desktop), the forensicintelligence.ai website, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. We are committed to transparency and to never using your data to train AI models.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all Forensic Intelligence services, including the Dolos AI application, the forensicintelligence.ai public website, and any associated APIs or tools.

3. Account Data

When you create a Dolos account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. If you enable biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID), a biometric identifier is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

4. App Data Collection

When you use the Dolos application, we store the following data on our servers to provide the service:

• Chat messages and conversation history
• Uploaded files including images, videos, audio recordings, and documents
• AI-generated responses and tool execution results
• Document embeddings and vector data used for semantic search (RAG)
• User memories and preferences you choose to save

5. Website Data Collection

Our public website is designed to minimize data collection. We do not run advertising trackers or behavioral profiling scripts.

6. iOS Device Permissions

The Dolos iOS application may request access to the following device capabilities:

• Camera: Used to capture photos for image analysis within chat conversations.
• Microphone: Used for voice input, audio recording, and real-time voice mode.
• Photo Library: Used to select existing photos or videos for analysis or upload.
• Face ID / Touch ID: Used for biometric app lock. Biometric data stays on your device.
• Push Notifications: Used to notify you of completed tasks and updates. Disable anytime in iOS Settings.

7. How We Use Your Information

We use information to provide and improve the Dolos AI service, process messages, store documents for search, deliver voice features, process payments, send notifications, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

8. AI Processing and Data Training Policy

All AI inference runs on Forensic Intelligence servers using self-hosted open-source models. Your data is never sent to third parties for model training. We do not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.

9. End-to-End Encryption

Dolos implements E2EE using RSA-OAEP-256 for key exchange and AES-256-GCM for encryption. Messages are encrypted on your device before transmission. All connections use TLS.

10. Third-Party Services

Data is shared with these services only when you actively use the related feature:

• Cloudflare: CDN, DDoS protection, and DNS.
• Perplexity API: Search queries sent for Internet Search and Deep Research.
• ElevenLabs: Text sent for premium text-to-speech voice synthesis.
• Stripe: Payment processing. No credit card data stored on our servers.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery, hosted in Ireland.
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs): Push notification delivery to iOS devices.

11. Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored encrypted at rest. Retained while your account is active. Deleted data is permanently removed.

12. Account Deletion

Delete your account anytime from Settings. All data is permanently and irreversibly removed.

13. Push Notifications

Optional. Device tokens stored for delivery. Disable anytime in device Settings.

14. Payments and Subscriptions

Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card data. PCI DSS compliant.

15. Children's Privacy

Not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

16. Content Moderation

Administrative actions are logged. Users can report content via in-app support.

17. Legal Basis and Your Rights

We comply with Singapore PDPA and applicable international privacy laws. You may access, correct, or delete your data.
